We want you to feel able to raise questions or concerns about your experience of Civil Family Time.
If your concern relates to a particular session, please speak to a member of the Civil Family Time team.
If your concern relates to your child's care plan, how frequently you see your child or decisions made about Family Time, you should speak to your child's social worker.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact 999.
If you are unhappy with a service you have received, you can ask a member of the team for information about the appropriate complaints process.
Raising a concern will not prevent you from asking questions or seeking clarification about the service. We encourage families to communicate with us so that, wherever possible, concerns can be understood and addressed.
