=====During Family Time=====

Family Time is an opportunity to maintain and develop your relationship with your child in a safe, positive and child-focused environment.

**During your session, we ask that you:**
\\
\\
  * Keep the focus on your child and their needs.
\\
  * Speak positively and appropriately around your child.
\\
  * Engage with your child through conversation, play and activities appropriate to their age.
\\
  * Follow any guidance provided by the Civil Family Time team.
\\
  * Respect your child's feelings, wishes and personal boundaries.
\\
  * Avoid discussing court proceedings, social care matters or disagreements between adults in front of your child.
\\
  * Do not make promises about future arrangements that have not been agreed.
\\
  * Follow the expectations set out within your Family Time plan.
\\
Our team is there to support you and your child. If a member of staff provides guidance during a session, this will be to help ensure the experience remains safe and positive for everyone.
